MY STORY

A Passion for the Waterfront

I'm Lenny Vanneste, founder of ShoreBuilt.

For more than 25 years, I've worked in engineering, manufacturing and business leadership, serving the automotive, aerospace and defense industries in Director-level and General Manager roles. Along the way, I earned my MBA from Purdue University and built my career around engineering excellence, continuous improvement, operational leadership, successful business turnarounds and, most importantly, creating strong partnerships with customers.

I also live on the water. Over the years, the waterfront has become much more than where I live - it's become a passion. That passion, combined with everything I've learned throughout my career, is why I created ShoreBuilt.
